Online estimate request form

Give customers a simple form to ask for an estimate. Requests land in your workspace and become estimates in one click.

An estimate request form lets new customers ask you for a quote online. SprigDeal gives your business a private form link you can put on your website, Google profile, social media or email signature. Each request arrives in your workspace with the customer’s details and job description, and you turn it into an estimate in one click.

How do estimate requests work in SprigDeal?

  1. Turn on your form. In Settings, switch on the request form and copy its link. The form shows your business name, your logo and the services you offer.
  2. Customers describe the job. They enter their name, email, phone, job address, the service they need and a description. No account is needed.
  3. You get notified. SprigDeal emails you each request, and replying to that email goes straight to the customer. Requests also appear under Requests in your workspace.
  4. Create the estimate. One click adds the person as a customer (or finds them by email) and opens the estimate builder with the service, description and address already filled in.

Built to keep spam out

The form limits how many requests can be sent from one connection, and filters out common automated submissions. You can turn the form off at any time, or replace its link if it is being misused; the old link stops working immediately.

See what customers see on the sample request form, then learn how to write the estimate that follows.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I share my estimate request form?

Anywhere you can paste a link: your website, Google Business Profile, Facebook or Instagram bio, email signature or a QR code on your truck or flyers.

Do customers need an account to request an estimate?

No. They fill in a short form on any device and SprigDeal delivers it to your workspace.

What happens after a customer sends a request?

You get an email and the request appears under Requests. Create estimate adds the person as a customer and opens a prefilled estimate, ready to price and send.

Can I turn the form off?

Yes. Turn it off in Settings, or replace the link so the old one stops working.
