You pick a starter template for your trade, adjust the line items, quantities and prices, and SprigDeal totals the job with tax, discount and deposit. Then you send the customer a private link and a PDF, and track the estimate as draft, sent, viewed, accepted or declined.
How do estimates work in SprigDeal?
- Start from your trade. Choose one of 48 service categories. Each one opens with a realistic starter estimate, such as a diagnostic, tune-up and filter for HVAC, or surface prep, labor and paint for painting.
- Describe the job. Add the customer, project title, scope description, exclusions and terms. Edit line items with a quantity and unit price; SprigDeal calculates the subtotal and total as you type.
- Set the commercial terms. Apply tax, a discount and a deposit percentage. Defaults come from your workspace settings, and you can change them on any estimate.
- Share it. SprigDeal emails the customer a link to a clean, mobile-friendly estimate page. The link is private, expires after 30 days and can be replaced by sharing a new version.
- Track the outcome. The estimate moves to viewed when the customer opens it, and to accepted or declined when they decide.
What can you put on an estimate?
