Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and SprigDeal for using sprigdeal.com, the SprigDeal web app, and any related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SprigDeal is an estimate, customer and follow-up workspace for home and commercial service businesses. It is operated by Luis Rodriguez, an individual based at Uspallata 547, Buenos Aires, Argentina (“SprigDeal”, “we”, “us”). In these terms, “you” means the person or business that creates or uses a SprigDeal account.

2. The service

SprigDeal lets you store customer details, prepare itemized estimates, share estimates with your customers through private links, record their decisions, and keep track of follow-ups. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces the core service you pay for, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use SprigDeal for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
  • Provide accurate registration details, verify your email address, and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at accounts@sprigdeal.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Plans, billing and our reseller

SprigDeal is offered as a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Current prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars; applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel.
  • Activation. Your plan becomes active once Paddle confirms the payment to us.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it. Access to paid features may be limited until the balance is settled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Account & Billing through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of an annual renewal. Write to billing@sprigdeal.com or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Outside that window, payments for the current period are not refundable except where required by law. Statutory consumer rights in your country, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the business information, customer records, estimates, files and other content you put into SprigDeal (“your content”). You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run, secure, back up and support the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for your content, including the accuracy of prices and scopes in your estimates and having the right to store and contact the customers you add.

7. Estimates and customer links

Estimate links work like private URLs: anyone who has the link can open it. Share links only with the intended customer and revoke them when they are no longer needed. SprigDeal records when a customer accepts or declines an estimate version. That record is not legal, tax or engineering advice and may not satisfy every contract or electronic-signature requirement; you are responsible for confirming what your agreements need.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use SprigDeal for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
  • upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or contains malware;
  • try to access another user’s workspace, probe or bypass security controls, or overload the service;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • scrape the service or use automated access beyond the features we provide.

Please report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@sprigdeal.com and give us reasonable time to fix them before disclosure.

9. Third-party services

SprigDeal relies on trusted providers, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud (accounts, hosting and data), Paddle (checkout and billing) and Resend (transactional email). Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services you choose to connect or link to.

10. Feedback

We welcome ideas at feedback@sprigdeal.com. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve SprigDeal without any obligation to you.

11. Our intellectual property

The SprigDeal software, name, logo, design and documentation belong to us and our licensors. Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during your subscription.

12. Availability and security

We work to keep SprigDeal available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We use industry-standard safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your own copies of information that is critical to your business.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SprigDeal and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or remains unpaid. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After closure, your workspace data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy; records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal reasons may be retained for the required period.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, SprigDeal is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that estimates prepared with SprigDeal will win work or meet any regulatory requirement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for SprigDeal in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

If you use SprigDeal for a business, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur because of a third-party claim arising from your content, your dealings with your customers, or your breach of these terms.

17. Disputes between you and your customers

SprigDeal is a tool for your business. Agreements, payments and disputes between you and your own customers are solely between you and them.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at contact@sprigdeal.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SprigDeal evolves. We will post the new version with its effective date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use SprigDeal after that date means you accept the updated terms.

20. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about SprigDeal. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms as part of a reorganization or sale of the service. The English version of these terms controls.
